The context
The answer to an incident may be in a procedure, manual or previous resolution. Finding it is not enough if the document has changed or the person asking lacks permission to read it.
Validation criteria
Answer quality, respect for permissions and the cost of keeping knowledge current. It would be compared with existing search and available assistants. It is not proposed as an autonomous equipment operator.
Next milestone
One area of internal support and a set of questions with reviewed answers. Measure correct answers supported by sources, incorrect answers, appropriate abstentions and resolution time, including human review.
