Privacy policy
We process the information you send to respond to your enquiry and manage any work we may agree. The private area is limited to accounts enabled by Kenea. External videos load only if you allow them.

What we process and why
- Contact form
- Your name, email address and any optional information you provide about your company, software or process. Form consent allows us to handle general enquiries; when you request a service proposal, necessary processing is based on the pre-contractual steps you request and, if you engage our services, performance of the contract. We also record acceptance of the form and the submitting IP address to document the request and limit abuse. Do not send certificates, passwords or third parties’ tax data.
- Visual process assessment
- This uses local rules based on your choices. It does not connect to your software, send your choices to an AI model or store them persistently. Results are indicative. If you request contact from the result, the editable summary is included in your message and processed for the contact form’s purpose. Reloading the page removes choices that have not been submitted.
- Privacy preference
- Only if you request it in the panel, we remember your choice about technical storage through a first-party cookie lasting 180 days. We do not use it to measure visits. You can delete it from the panel. More information is in the cookie policy.
- Theme preference
- If you choose light or dark mode, we store only
lightordarkinlocalStorage, underkenea-theme, to remember the appearance in that browser. It is not sent to the server or used for tracking. Without a saved choice, the system theme is used. Remove it with “Use system theme” or through your browser's storage settings; it does not expire automatically. The cookie panel's “Clear my preference” control removes only thekenea_privacidadcookie, not the theme. This choice does not authorise external videos. See the cookie and storage policy. - Private area
- We process your name, email, contact details and enquiries submitted while signed in to provide the access you request and maintain the relationship. Each account can only view its own details and associated enquiries. Older messages are not automatically linked by a matching email address. Public registration is closed; older unverified accounts remain blocked. You can request their review or deletion through the contact form.
- Sign in with Google
- If this method is enabled and you choose it, Google verifies your identity and provides your account identifier, verified email address and name. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts or other account content. Kenea does not receive your Google password. The exchange with Google starts only when you request this sign-in method. The information is used to authenticate the invited account and maintain its security.
- Password and recovery
- When enabled, passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, never as readable text. Account recovery sends a single-use link, valid for 15 minutes, to a previously verified email address. Its verifier is held temporarily in the database. A password change invalidates previous sessions and generates a security notice. Attempt limits help protect accounts against abuse.
- Technical server logs
- The infrastructure may record IP addresses, dates, requested resources and technical request details for security and diagnosis. The purpose is to protect the service and detect errors, based on the legitimate interest of keeping it operational. The form does not make automated decisions with legal effects on individuals.
- Fonts
- Fonts are hosted on this website; your browser is not asked to download them from Google Fonts.
External videos
You can choose to load educational videos hosted on YouTube. Their covers and controls are served by Kenea; the external player is created only after you select “Allow and play”. Permission applies to the selected video and is not saved. The technical cookie preference does not authorise it.
Google/YouTube, the player provider, receives your IP address, browser information and the site's origin (https://kenea.eu), and may process interactions with the video. We use youtube-nocookie.com; its privacy-enhanced mode does not guarantee the absence of cookies or data processing. Kenea does not add its own analytics or advertising.
Closing the video or hiding the page removes the player and stops its playback and requests. This does not withdraw information already sent or erase the provider's cookies or storage. You can choose again for each load. “Watch on YouTube” opens an external service directly, under its own terms.
The provider explains its processing in Google's privacy policy. YouTube's official guide to embedded videos describes the mode used.
Retention
Information is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, manage the relationship and, where applicable, meet legal obligations or address claims. The period depends on the information and relationship; automatic deletion when an enquiry is closed or an account paused is not promised. You can ask about the retention of your data and request erasure where applicable.
Recipients
Hosting the website and database requires infrastructure providers that may process data on the operator’s behalf. Data may also be disclosed where required by law.
Automatic email sending is disabled. Mailjet is the intended provider for these notifications if they are enabled later. Before activation, the processing arrangement, recipients, processing locations and applicable safeguards must be reviewed, and this information updated. Receiving an enquiry on the website does not mean an email has been sent.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent through the contact form. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
