Applied AI
From a document to a decision you can review.
When a process depends on reading, classifying and copying information, AI may help. We start with the documents, the rules and the person who decides what happens next.

A specific process. A result you can check.
Professional process assessments are available. We review inputs, tasks and exceptions to decide what is worth automating and how to test it.
A data extraction trial needs to check document formats, information quality and where the output will go. Human review helps identify cases that need attention before entering another system.
If rules or an integration can do the job adequately, that may be our recommendation. A model makes sense when it offers an improvement we can evaluate.
How we approach a first assessment.
Understand the input
Which documents arrive, what information you need and which data we are authorised to use.
Define the review
What can be proposed automatically, what a person must check and how to flag uncertain cases.
Agree on the scope
A written assessment covering options, dependencies and criteria for a possible trial. Development is agreed separately.
Control is part of the design.
Authorised data
Document sources, permissions and any services that may process the data are defined before the trial.
Clear responsibility
Suggestions with potential financial or legal consequences require human review before action is taken.
Observable criteria
We define the errors to look for and how to compare the output with the current process. Accuracy and savings are measured in the trial.
What is available today.
You can request a professional process assessment. Documentation assistants and model deployment on client infrastructure are possibilities to investigate; they are not yet available products or established deployment services.
A consistent approach to building software.
AI and systems integration share a requirement: knowing where data comes from and what happens next. Kenea explores product ideas grounded in specific operational problems.
Our AI or automation guide explains how to assess rules, models and human review. The choice depends on the work.
