The context

A delivery may bring together certificates, drawings and revisions from several suppliers. Checking completeness means linking each document to the correct equipment, order and version.

Validation criteria

Whether the problem recurs across businesses, whether authorised samples are available and whether it adds value beyond the existing document management system. A delivery's technical conformity remains subject to professional review.

Next milestone

One equipment family and its documentation, reviewed in parallel by a person and the prototype. Compare review time, significant gaps detected, omissions and unnecessary alerts before extending the scope.

The context

A request for quotation can change across emails, attachments and revisions. A requirement that fails to reach the right person may later turn into a late clarification or unplanned work.

Validation criteria

The ability to distinguish a requirement from a reference, contradiction or option. Also the effort needed to prepare the documents and verify the matrix compared with manual review.

Next milestone

A set of completed requests for quotation, with authorised access to their versions and conclusions. Measure omitted requirements, correctly linked changes and time to produce a matrix ready for review.

An inventory of the AI systems in use, how they are classified and the trail each automated decision leaves behind. It brings together the same pieces KeneaTrace and KeneaAssist already work on separately.

What it addsA living map of systems, owners, documentation and evidence for answering specific questions about their use.

The context

The European artificial intelligence framework introduces transparency, documentation and human oversight duties, with its own timetable and a supervisory authority in Spain. Transparency duties apply from 2 August 2026; high-risk duties were deferred to 2027 and 2028. Many companies do not know how many AI systems they are running, or who answers for each one.

Validation criteria

Whether the inventory can be maintained without becoming another forgotten spreadsheet, whether the trail holds up in an external review, and whether it adds anything to the documentation the company already keeps. Kenea issues no certifications or legal opinions: legal fit belongs to an adviser.

Next milestone

A real inventory at a company running several systems. Measure how many turn up that nobody had recorded, what it costs to keep current, and whether the trail survives a specific question about a past decision.

Only what is needed.

Kenea does not use its own analytics or advertising. You can use the assessment without identifying yourself. External videos require a separate choice.

Technical preference
Only if you save it. Remembers your technical-storage preference for six months.
Colour theme
The system theme is used by default. If you choose light or dark, only that choice is saved in this browser until you change or clear it.
Kenea analytics and advertising
No tools of our own. Saving this preference does not authorise external videos.
Assessment
Answers stay on this page, without persistent storage. They are sent only if you choose to contact us.
External videos
Only after “Allow and play”. YouTube/Google receives connection data. Permission is for that video and is not saved.

This preference does not remove data or cookies from external providers.
