for a working tomorrow
The first engagement
Understand your process, review what your tools already cover and identify what is worth automating. A professional assessment produces a written technical recommendation.
Explore my processThe visual tool is free. A professional assessment is a separate engagement with its scope and price agreed in advance.

One process, from start to finish.
Available to commission
The workflow, the tools involved and the exceptions that need attention today. The scope is defined before work begins.
What triggers the work, which data it needs and who is responsible for each step.
What the software provider confirms, which version it covers and which questions remain open.
Available interfaces, responsible contacts, approximate volume and cases that need testing.
The deliverable
Inputs, tools, relevant components and responsibilities identified.
Improve a configuration, automate, integrate or assess AI, with the conditions for each option.
What remains to be confirmed and, where appropriate, which work needs a proposal and price.
After the assessment
If an integration is recommended, we define components, tests, acceptance criteria and responsibilities before development begins. An initial trial lets us review the results before extending the solution. Kenea's capabilities are combined to suit the process.
Maintenance and support depend on an implemented and accepted integration. Responsibilities and conditions are defined for that system; a shared managed platform is not an existing offering.
Terms
The initial enquiry helps establish whether an assessment makes sense. Before any paid work, we agree on the scope, fee and schedule. Submitting the form does not commit you to a service.
We can meet in person in Gijón and Madrid, and collaborate remotely across the rest of Spain and Latin America.
The tools you use and a description of the work are enough to start a conversation.
